Fairly clean hotel, great team members with excellent services. Triple room with a ping pong table...

The location of the hotel is ideal and exceptionally nice in a good area. I truly enjoyed that the hotel is only a 30-minute drive from the airport. the rooms are neat and equipped with a ping pong table, a king bedroom, plus a fan ❤️😊🙂.

Nice hotel in a magnificent position to the overall entertainment of the hote which was great. Location adjacent to A Temple. A wide range of food options relatively near the venue. Clean room, with a ping pong table, courteous stuff. Friendly check-in and excellant service. Everything wonderful.

Excellent location near Shanghai nightlife, restaurants, and business areas. the Club Lounge and bar offer a variety of food options. the hotel is conveniently located across from a mall. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished. the staff is exceptionally friendly and provides excellent service.

The hotel has outstandingly accommodating staff. the venue has an ideal and good location in the center of the action. It's near People's Square and Shanghai's major train station.

i think price/quality ratio is too high (too expensive) especially for the room i got. it was rather small and not very well isolated from the neighbouring room as they were connected via a door,

The rooms are much too small and old for the price. Reserved was a 28 sqm room which in reality had perhaps 20 sqm and that was already a Supreme room....

This hotel has excellent facilities and is located in the heart of the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English fluently. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

Great hotel for a city trip! Perfectly located with easy access to the main attractions and a lovely view from the lounge. The breakfast was a delight with fresh options and rich flavors. The friendly staff made my stay even better. The room was clean with all the necessary amenities. One extra advantage was the excellent fitness center that had a wide range of equipment available.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Some noise from the hall and street outside could be heard, but it didn't ruin my experience.

Sauna and jacuzzi are really good

Fd staffs are not aggressive at helping me sloving my room rate issue.
